Dana
has been active in the construction trades since 1979 as
a sub-contractor and General Contractor. He has owned
several companies involved in various aspects of residential and
commercial construction. Dana is a licensed General Contractor in
California, License number 838598, C-10, C-20 & C-36 as well as a
B-1 license This license is currently valid but "Inactive" since the
CREIA ethics standards do not allow me to work on any property that I
have inspected.
Dana
is a Certified Califiornia Real Estate Inspection Association
Inspector. (CREIA CCI) and has done over 2000 paid property inspections
over the last three years on residential, commercial and light
industrial properties.
Additionally, mobile and manufactured housing requires special knowledge and experience and Dana is also a
HUD Certified Mobile & Manufactured Housing Specialist.
